If Chinese exports fell. It would be a godsend to their economy. It would force the CCP to stop trying to import treasuries and other securities and focus strictly on production for domestic demand at home. A sector that had largely been neglected and ignored can now get more attention.
They can focus on infrastructure, new technology, military, social spending and whatever spending necessary to crowd out the number of idle labor. It would be a golden age for the Chinese that its export sector could never reproduce.
